These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the DORALYNIES website at [doralynies.com](https://doralynies.com/), our app and purchases made from DORALYNIES LTD (“DORALYNIES”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Please read these Terms before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Our products
We supply digital e-books and related digital materials, including guides, templates and supplementary content.
All products are delivered electronically. No physical books or other physical items are shipped.
Product descriptions explain what is included in each purchase. Cover images and product mockups are illustrative and do not indicate that a physical product will be supplied.
3. Eligibility to purchase
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide accurate order information and have authorisation to use the payment method you select.
4. Pricing and payment
- Prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website or at checkout.
- The final amount, including applicable taxes and any additional charges, is shown before you confirm payment.
- Full payment is collected at the time of purchase through our third-party payment provider.
- Purchasing an e-book does not automatically enrol you in a subscription or authorise further purchases.
- Any additional purchase requires your separate confirmation.
If you do not recognise a payment relating to your order, contact us at contact@doralynies.com so we can help identify it.
5. Optional in-app purchases
Our app may offer additional digital products, including e-books, supplementary guides and add-ons.
These items are optional and are purchased separately from your original order. Their prices are displayed before you confirm the purchase.
You will only be charged for an additional item when you actively authorise that purchase. Accessing the app or purchasing an initial e-book does not, by itself, authorise additional charges.
6. Digital delivery
Your e-book is delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, usually within minutes of successful payment.
Please ensure that your email address is correct and check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email does not appear in your inbox.

7. Cancellations and refunds
Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund and any additional refund period we offer. Please review it before purchasing.
Any refund policy we offer is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or restrict them.
If you are a UK consumer, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital-content contract from the date it is made. That right may end once supply begins if you have expressly consented to supply starting during that period and acknowledged that you will lose your cancellation right. Where this applies, confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement must also be provided.
Accepting these Terms alone does not constitute that separate express consent and acknowledgement.
Your rights concerning digital content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements remain unaffected.
8. Licence and permitted use
When you purchase an e-book or other digital material, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own personal purposes or internal business use.
Your purchase grants permission to use the content; it does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
Unless we give written permission or applicable law permits otherwise, you must not:
- Resell, redistribute, share or publish the content, either in full or in part.
- Upload the files to public websites, shared download platforms or file-sharing services.
- Remove copyright notices or other ownership information.
- Present the content as your own work.
9. Intellectual property
The e-books, written materials, templates, designs, logos and other content supplied through our services belong to DORALYNIES LTD or its licensors.
They are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Rights not expressly granted under these Terms remain with their respective owners.
10. Educational purpose and outcomes
Our digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances, including legal, financial or business advice.
We do not promise or guarantee specific results, earnings or business outcomes. The results of applying the material depend on your circumstances, decisions, implementation and other factors beyond our control.
This section does not affect your statutory rights concerning the quality or description of the content supplied.
11. Order issues, complaints and payment disputes
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact contact@doralynies.com, including your order reference and a description of the issue.
We respond to order enquiries and complaints within two business days and will work to resolve the matter, including providing a refund where appropriate.
We encourage you to contact us so we can help. This does not restrict your right to contact your bank or payment provider, dispute a transaction or pursue any other remedy available to you.
12. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your mandatory consumer rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, remain unaffected.
Subject to these protections, and only where permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a particular purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. This limit does not apply where it would unlawfully restrict your statutory rights or remedies.
13. Applicable law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms. If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
If you are a consumer residing elsewhere, these Terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections under the laws of your country of residence or any right to bring proceedings in your local courts where applicable law provides for that right.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services or legal obligations.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. The Terms in effect when you place your order will continue to apply to that purchase.
